Shivi is already apart naa..he thinks she is devs wife...so thr is no worry abt shivi breaking up now...shiva believing himself to be single and all ready to mingle is making him look weird at the moment..that makes it probable that they can bring another women with shivas interest and make life hell for ravi as usual until someone hits him in his head and he gets his memory back.... as nobody especially bhabhi have no time to care for his treatment or even telling him the whole truth slowly..this stretch is never ending..
