If Murtasim asks Meerab to leave and then Meerab leaves then it is like Murtasim giving punishment to Meerab. And if Meerab leaves on her own thinking that she is the reason for Murtasim's situation then it will not be Meerab punishing Murtasim. But if she leaves in anger and hurt because of any misunderstanding then it will be like punishing Murtasim.

Edit: The director told that Meerab will punish Murtasim. And like someone said Meerab leaving Murtasim is Meerab punishing Murtasim.

I wish Murtasim would tell Maryam about all this.
