Woah - that almost accident scene I thought she will pull Akshu out and yell but yahan she was worried for her!
Now that they don’t want her to be villain they conveniently are on the way to flipping her. So convenient. How easy it is to write a story when all you have to do is pick a couple of characters, yank them and change their core traits so much that even fans cannot recognize them and then weave a sob story around the new character.

AbhiManyu is only thinking of his loss ant the moment and wants to make up for lost time with his sick son - and you’re right, Akshara’s is not in his radar at the moment, I hope that will change. 🤞 I hope this is the original Abhimanyu Birla we want to see.

The episode is interesting. Abhi and Ak both have a meltdown, but Abhi is in front of the hospital, so people come and help him while Ak is in the middle of traffic, so everyone is shouting at her to move. I think that was kind of symbolic of everyone always supporting Abhi and blaming and shouting at Ak. Abhi gets home and thinks about his convo with Manjari about his twins. No ak in this recall, so I think he is completely shutting her out of his mind. Manjari comes and asks him what happened, he cries but doesn't tell her anything. Later Ak's car hits Manjari's car, and Manjari comes out and takes Ak out of her car cause the car was smoking. Not sure what the relevance of the whole interaction was, except Manjari does not know yet. Ak reaches the house, and Abhi is already there. Abhi looked like a villain, tbh. He said he wants to spend time with Abhir, and BP was like let him. Then we are treated to a few mins of Abhi -Abhir bonding with Abhi, just marveling at his son. Abhir tells Abhi to stop his going to US, he is scared and worried for his parents. Abhi says if you say it will be done. Ak enters and tells Abhir to go away. Abhi warns her and says he still has old Abhi in him, and you know what old Abhi can do. Ak seems scared. Abhi walks out and thinks he really wanted to forget old Abhi, but now he needs that to get his junior back.

Precap: Abhi says US doctor is not available. Then he goes home and tells Manjari no wedding stuff until he does Abhir's operation. Manjari asks why, and he almost says Abhir is my son.

I hate that Abhi is taking this route, but honestly see no other options for the story or his character. Abhi has always been a gray character, and trying to make him "good" just resulted in making him easily manipulated by Manjari and Arohi. Him trying to have redemption meant agreeing to marry Arohi and giving her respect. Now he is back to Abhi 1.0, where he firmly believes he deserves to be in Abhir's life just because he wants to be. I love how he said you, of all people, should remember what I can do in zidd because before, she was his zidd, and now Abhir is.

I don't expect a redemption arc here, he will eventually feel guilty and there will be a mega apology AFTER he has proven he is a good father and he respects Ak ( in his own way).
