A cardiac surgeon did surgey on vocal cords once.

I do think it will turn melodramatic like Abhi chasing down Akshu and Abhinav to stop them for leaving and while arguing Abhir faints and is in sudden critical condition. Abhi has to perform emergency surgery.

I feel akshu will fight with her whole heart. But opposition lawyer is experienced person who knows what can be used to win the case.

So he starts blaming akshu being irresponsible(for deciding to tackle pregnancy all alone), economically weak.

And we all know akshu whenever she gets blamed she starts getting panic attacks so i gues she will get one here. Abhi remembers all those things happend 6 years back. He will hold her and asks her to sing. ⭐️

Why should Abhi hold himself to a promise to a 5 year old? This is my point. You don't make life changing promises like this to a child who has no concept of relationships.

Its time to sit down and talk and explain things have changed. That is what a responsible adult would do. This is showing respect to all parties involved.
