Yes because people, especially with darker shade do get several shades lighter when they stay indoors for a prolonged period of time.

No, because staying indoors doesn't change the skintone from dark to fair...It only happens with skin lightening treatments...

Specially besause she was already very dark skinned when she was already sitting at home all the time before 1992, before her debut film.

Her pictures are available on internet of her debut film mahurat, and from 1991 as well when she was an indoor model for a short time and had a proper dark skinned even then.. how come?

How come she was proper dark skinned even before venturing into the film industry and working all day *and night* in the sun?

Deepika and srk have not become fair actually.i haf seen srk more than 17 years back at the airport.he was not fair.all the people were shocked to see his real colour.A few years back deepika had visited a temple without make up.in the pics she looked dark.my relative saw rani 15 years back and found her dusky. These 3 look fair only because of make up.i don't know about others.

They are lying through their teeth if they claim they never did skin lightening or brightening or bleaching procedures.

Deepika was dark AF even she was 14 and her pic with dad and sister was published in a magazine.

She became white only when she entered BW.

Not going out in sun or taking care of diet or using make up never lightens your skin so much.

I have also seen a few people becoming fairer when they sit at home.

It was a round table with her - in Berlin...february 2010 MNIK...We talked with Kajol about her work, the movie and some other things...it was insightful and fun...and toooo short albeit almost an hour (time just flew by).

None of them look fair even with oodles of makeup!!! Makeup doesn’t change your actual skin colour. Both Kajol & DP have undergone skin lightening. Glutathione is superrr popular in the glam industries!!! Even Sanya Malhotra & Alia who were already vv fair, use it so now they’re a pale, Korean white.
