And it was different in its own way.. In ep 20, she was clearly bothered and did not even want to listen to him. But here, she listens to him and when he says, do you need more clarification. She nods her head. She doesnt admit it, but she does trust him. And she also cares.. but they just taunt each other..

For sure i wanted more than what we got and i know that its ep32 but in TB land, its like 2- 3 months they are married now.. or even less. For us its feels like an eternity but its different for her.

This whole track is for meerab to realize her love but at what cost? Will it be too late?

Through Maryam, meerab is re- living what has happened to her AGAIN. Love is clearly not on her mind. She is too consumed in her fight for maryam.

in the precap, haya challenges meerab saying, i will believe that murtasim loves you, only if you can convince him about maryam.. so lets see what happens.

Lets play devil advocate what would have happened if Murtasim caught Maryam out with a boy, and no in this version boy is actually a good guy. He would have dragged her home, possible locked her up. But what would he do then, he would INVESTIGATE the boy who dares to entice his sister. What happens after to Maryam who knows, but the point is Meerab failed where Murtasim would have acted differently. With great power comes great responsibility. Meerab is Sarpanch of KhanClan and Khaleesi of KhanDom where is her due diligence? Is she fighting for Maryam or is she trying to rewrite her past, does she even know?

I feel after every episode I have to remind myself and TBA, this isn't a story about advocating for if love marriage is correct or if arranged marriage is correct, or taking a genuine stand on any social issues. Meerab and Murtasim are fated to be, but come together under the premise of forced marriage to create tension in the story, the premise was never a crime it was destiny. Discussing forced marriages being wrong, justice for women is all irrelevant, just as pointless as discussing if pixie is psycho or not.

TB is about a man's POV and how he gets to his happily ever after. He is on a journey through his trials and tribulations to win his love. The woman he loves is his test and she will put him through his trials. The woman he adores has lost her identity, her sense of self and is a confused individual with self esteem issues. She is not able to see, recognize or believe in her husband's love for her, because the betrayal she faced has destroyed her ability to love. Her judgement is compromised partly because of her trauma and partly because she is naive. Through his trials he not only has to help himself he has to help her too. What is a kingdom without a King, and what is a king without his Queen. The king has to save his realm, as his Queen strives to earn her title. Long may they reign.

She was probably in her last semester or last year. In E4, we see Saba and Rohail talking in their college campus about how they haven't heard from Merub since Murtasim dragged her away from the birthday part. This scene is after Merub had her car accident. Merub was already in Hyderabad in this episode and never goes back to Karachi again except for that one night when her foster parents do not let her in. She gets married soon after. Hence, she could not have finished her semester or given her exams.

ERGO, she could not have graduated. This makes her a college drop-out because she left in the middle of her semester without getting her degree.

Merub is therefore a full jaahil. McDonalds main bhi usko burger flipping job miljaye to badi baat hai 😡
