She also said MB will support meerab.

I think our thinking and the writer's thinking are different. May be she thought that Maa Begum giving assurance to Meerab in Episode 23 was Maa Begum showing support to Meerab. But Maa begum needs to show the support when Meerab needs it, in words and in actions, which we did not see till now.

But when it comes to separation she said that both Haya and Rohail will not be able to separate them which is true till now.

Read through some parts of the thread and I just wanted to point something out. This show promotes forced marriages. In each case, they ensure that there are some mitigating circumstances that negate the need for consent esp of the female involved

Meerasim - meerab was forced but she has a hot loving hubby willing to die for her or not. So the forced component is justified

Haya- she is in love with married man. Who needs her consent?

Marium- she’s in love with a predator. Her lack of consent in marriage should be overruled

in each case the narrative ensures that the issue of consent is concealed beneath layers of other issues. In marium’s case MK and MB don’t know about Z but they do know- Marium doesn’t want to marry. She has told MB directly, And meerab had told MK - but they fixed her marriage without having a proper convo with Marium at all.

If we negate Zubi, no one will be on their side but the narrative will make it seem consent is not the issue here.

Moral of TB- don’t give girls choices. They make silly ones

I know I made a similar post before but this needed to be reposted

Why can't we get something like that.

There is no vulgarity in this ost its very romantic wow.

Whats tere bin makers are doing come on wahaj and yumna chemistry they need to utilise it.

This that ost I'm not sure about the FL but wow wahaj creating good chemistry with many of his costar but TB really need to show more such thing without making people to say look its vulgar.

I am not blaming Yumna but she is very conservative is she not. I think she herself can't go beyond this. She has hugged bilal but I don't think she has ever done romantic scenes where you have to let go of your inhibitions and just be a thorough professional.

By making mariyum love a criminal

They r ensuring

MB's type of strict upbringing is right

Elders not asking girl's consent for marriage is right

Meerab trying to fight for an individual consent in marriage is wrong

Mariyum daring to wish love someone outside her kaandan is wrong

Murtasim fixing mariyum marriage by only considering naurez wish not his sister's is right

Showing a wrong as right by making right wrong.

Nooran 👏

@Bold: I agree.

And Murtasim himself is seeing how much Meerab is struggling with this forced marriage, then why did he think that it was okay to fix Mariyam's marriage without asking for her consent?

I don't understand why is it so wrong to have a love marriage, why most of the dramas show that girls struggle in love marriages?

She did pool scene , hug scenes, lifting scene, dance where there is pull and push, there are many scenes where he touched her waist.

She won't become unprofessional just because she has inhibitions for romantic scenes.

Had the script demanded, they could have opted another actress who can do all types of touchy scenes.

Old Pak shows had more romantic and close scenes. Since, PEMRA's new rules things have changed.I guess TB is the only show in recent times with so many intimate scenes in comparison to other Pak shows.

Off course we can't blame yumna in fact we all need to respect her comfort zone. I seen her back hug its was great. Even is hassan interview she seems uncomfortable when wahaj talked about sui and dhaga 😆 which is nice of her she is conservative at the same time very professional.
