Abhi is going to really feel bad and start hating nav for betraying him post abhir's truth. Abhi may become selfish post this as everyone betrayed him in the name of aap acche hai bhaiji. He will have trust issues going forward.

Episode is Ok.. felt timing of the episode could have better instead of one day before truth reveal.

My guess is the truth reveal will begin on Friday and will probably stretch the whole week.

I was thinking if as you said, it turns out that Nav is Birla boy:
Then Ak would have been married to two Birla brothers at some point in her life - first Abhi then Nav —just like Aarohi was first married to Neel and now is engaged to be married to Abhi.

Nothing much happened in the episode, but it was really cute and fun. This is the kind of filler episode they should give tbh instead of those Maha cringe ones. I am getting more certain that they are going to have Nav related to Abhi somehow, either Neil was the wrong kid from the orphanage, and the real brother is Nav, or Nav is Manjari's son, and she also cheated on Harsh. Loved Abhi and Nav's bonding and they’re expressing that they are both just going where life ( read wife) takes them and are really not in control anymore.

Nav feels guilty about Abhir, so he really wants to confess, but we know that from the beginning. The Goenka sisters are looking like the villains now, both of them hiding the truth and trapping these guys. Really seems like Ak is manipulating Nav too.

The reveal at this point happened twice. First, Abhi saw the letter, but he read Akshara's name and gave it back. Then Nav said that he is feeling bad about separating a kid from his father, but Abhi was too drunk to connect the dots. Maybe he will remember parts of the conversation and investigate tomorrow. The truth reveal is Friday, shouldn't they spend at least a few episodes showing Abhi investigating and coming closer to the truth?

@blue - hope this doesn’t happen. He is ok as on orphan. Really don’t want every person to be a family member, as if there are only two families on this planet.

@green - hope so! This is such a critical climax in this show. Hope they take their time in the reveal. Even I want it to start tomorrow and stretch till Sunday this will keep up the excitement and curiosity a bit. Hope something clicks for Ab in the hospital tomorrow.
