It's simply to break everyone trust on aarohi. Kv ak both trusted her words for kid's better treatment in USA against abhi words of not safe.

Abhi trusts her as a good doctor and mother but she had kept both under bait for her selfish motive.

Mata and whole birlas kept her on head where she took all haq limitless. I mean she used birla hospital money without anyone consent. The way she talked to birlas it was like ak ka decision and her arrangement.

Everything breaks with this one case. Where she put a kid life under threat, guided the parents wrong way for her selfishness.
