My guess makers wanted to use the truth to somehow get Abhi to stop the trip to Disneyland/ world.
Last time the same machines caught fire, electrocuted Aarohi and nothing happened but they got to stretch the story for a week with that and jam making and delivery.

In the end they will end up doing an emergency surgery and Abhi will do it with a shiny butter knife and Akshara will sing in front of the idol in Birla Hospital.

Let's be practical here. Do you think a kid with severe breathing problems and high blood pressure due to severe heart complications can safely travel on a 20-hour flight? A flight with no medical attendant to help him? The trip might very well turn deadly for the poor guy. Akshara is not being practical in her decision making.

Yes we are! Immigration is super slow! I am talking from personal experience it took way to long to get my citizenship!
