I have serious questions but after a lot of thought as well I failed to find answers for it.

Meerab lost her identity, went through trauma, I accept. She was forced into a marriage (Although she could have refused it and live independently if she was strong but she didn't because she is a brat who never made tea for herself, so she chose the easy way to live in luxuries and with dignity by marrying Murtasim), still I genuinely accept that force marriage is extremely wrong.

But does any of her stupidities are justified by this trauma. No!

Does her removing the bullet, revealing the contract to Rohail (most disgusting act by her) remaining silent on pregnancy fiasco and straining Murtasim's relationship with his mother, foolishly going along with Rohail, entertaining his bullshit about her caring husband 🤢, staying silent with his love confession in front of her husband, getting Maryam engaged secretly with a guy she knows nothing about, are these actions justified by her trauma? Certainly not in my eyes.

She refrains Murtasim from talking with Haya( the girl he grew up with and shared friendship), because Haya likes him, fine by me but she can meet her four year old friend who proposed her and abducted her in her own words, refuses to create proper boundaries with him but it's suddenly not a big deal! HYPOCRISY!!

She can doubt Murtasim's character and aww she is so much broken but Murtasim can't even question her because she won't tolerate it.

Meerab goes around taunting and bluffing about what wrong has happened with her, but what more does she do apart from this. Nothing because she doesn't has any strength for it.

Is Meerab really oppressed or isolated? No! She went to meet Rohail alone in restaurant, did anyone object upon her going out? No! She left for village at late night, did anyone scold her for it? No! She went to Karachi, did anyone stop her? No! In latest episode Maa Begum herself said that Meerab doesn't require permission for anything. In which sense is she oppressed or isolated. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If she wants to become a lawyer than why doesn't she talk about it to Murtasim. All she does is 'Jo mere saath hua! Jo mere saath hua!' girl if this much bad has happened with you than why don't you take a stand and take divorce but she only speaks and do nothing. Girls go through even worst in life yet they doesn't become dumb and stupid like Meerab.

If she is this much unhappy than why doesn't she take divorce. Murtasim will silently allow her to leave like he did after accident and in Karachi, even Maa Begum has allowed her to leave if she wants, her adoptive parents are ready to take her back. So take divorce and study law, cherish your freedom and freely entertain your psycho friend but at least stop swinging like a pendulum and ruining Murtasim's life, who actually did nothing to ruin her's.

If anyone has watched yakeen ka safar than they would have seen the journey of Zubiya who was harassed twice and was harshly abandoned in the middle of the night, didn't even had the luxuries and honour like Meerab but did she become stupid, dumb and irritating like Meerab? No!

Zubiya didn't even had a Murtasim in life to rely upon from the beginning of her miseries like Meerab had. A girl like Zubiya who went through more hardships than Meerab is called a strong woman. Zubiya never bluffed like Meerab, instead by her actions proved her worth. Zubiya didn't become ill mannered or disrespectful with everyone.

Halima sultan in ertugrul lived her entire childhood in prison, which is far more traumatizing than what Meerab has gone through, yet she was graceful, intelligent and wise. She never disrespected ertugrul's feelings for her, instead cherishes it as a fruit of her patience. That's what a strong woman looks like, who accepts reality and become grateful for what they have, at the same time struggling for betterment.

Meerab is not strong in any sense. A person who refuses to accept reality and decides to remain delusional is not strong but plain stupid. Because an intelligent person accepts her faith and reality, than works upon betterment in life.

One can sympathize with Meerab if only she had done anything to deserve it but a person who behaves obnoxiously with an innocent person who is only trying to help, she disrespects him in infront of everyone inhumanly. What is he getting in return except for disrespect, nothing!

In the end a salute to Murtasim's patience because girls like Meerab who can't come out of their self created pity are unbearable.
