I always felt how and why he fell for her ? It so sudden and then here she is , has so many opportunities yet she remains unaffected! So here is just one perspective

KMK always had something for her which he probably kept lid on it as he knows, she won’t be his and all that arrogance and piss off attitude was his cover but seeing her breaking down after truth he just couldn’t handle it anymore and everything just came out ! That’s why him falling was sudden on screen but it was infact natural for him ! He was already there in that journey , her being his was what was stopping him and once she was his wife there was nothing stopping him !

Meerab always had this prejudice against him but she trusts him a lot! So all he does to her she notices too and acknowledges also but her pride doesn’t allow her to accept her own acknowledgement of him as her love ! That’s why she keeps doing yo yo ! She keeps looking reasons to prove herself correct and keeps pushing his button so he snaps and she can be like oh yes he is bad ! So far he has been very patient, but now probably he will snap and that’s when she will realise oh shit!
