At this point, I will re-share my salient findings on Meeru/Murtu pre-marital physical touching based on my view of first 5 episodes to refresh everyone. Murtu ne bohat kahan kahan kaise kaise kidhr kidhr touch kiya jiss ka hisaab liya hai maine. Murtu purana paapi hai.

By my math, in the first 5 episodes, Meeru and Murtu had 12 encounters and we saw Murtasim touch her in 9 of them (that's like 75%). This does NOT count all instances of them ALMOST ALWAYS being in each other's physical space - standing very close and leaning towards each other.

Types of touching included:

hand/wrist grabs

face caresses

arm touch

finger touch

upper and mid-back touch

shoulder touch

side boob touch

Edited to add: Some IF folks speculate Murtu picked Merub when she fainted after the slap as we found her in bed in another room in next scene - KON UTHA KE LE GAYA THA BEHOSH MERUB KO MURTU KI BAANHON SE BY THE POOL. This is speculative, happened off-screen, so not added in my data.

Encounter level data:

Encounter 1. Danda scene

Murtasim grabs her hand, drags her to the car, puts his hand on her back to get her to sit

Encounter 2. Wakas home

Merub pushes him. Murtasim grabs her hand and pulls her down the step. Merub pokes him the chest

Encounter 3. Hyderabad Haveli

Merub bumps into Murtasim. He grabs her hand to hold her steady. She gets him to unhand her. She is rude and he grabs her hand again.

Encounter 4. Merub birthday party by Rohail

Too many hand garbs and Merub dragging to count

Encounters 6: Merub gives water to Murtasim

When Merub gives him the glass of water, he puts his fingers on top of hers very briefly before taking the glass.

Merub makes chai in Murtasim's bedroom. They argue. He garbs her hand and rants

Encounter 8. Car accident

Merub has fainted. Lots of concern shown by Murtasim through face touching, shoulder touch, upper back touch, etc.

Encounter 9. Hospital

They are fighting. Merub feels pain in her band. Murtasim tries to hold her hand but as soon as his hand grazes hers, she pulls back

Encounter 11. Slap scene

He slaps her, she falls in his arms and he caresses her face. Areas touched: arm, back side boob, face

I didn't like Hassan saying something like Murtasim ne pakda Meerab ko regarding Murtasim seeing her in Rohail's apartment.

What if anas mariyam wala pura fiasco ho jaata hai jo bhi hai bhaagna or whatever n tht ost red dress or khan family ye saari baat naurez n fam se chupa kr mariyam ki shaadi kr dete hai

Lekin no one knows shaadi tk bhi ki meerab was kinda involved n after shaadi Rohail will come then contract breach n after tht haya will lose her already lost braincells n will show the video to everyone which resulted in blaming meerab for whatever happened with mariyam n then meerab ke karachi wale aayenge usko daantne for separation

This drama has so many foreshadowing scenes right?

Like Mariyam's, Meerab's.

And also there is a dialogue of Haya where she says something like 'Thappad khake mohabbat paydaar hothi hai.' She might have said it in her context but it can also be related to Meerab - Murtasim situation. This point was raised by Aamna in her review.

Meerab's suffering looks inevitable in the upcoming episodes.

I would prefer her walking away than her getting thrown out.
