At least Dharma isn't in 'good shape', I think. I wonder if SRK will help Karan another time...

We're already in April and none of the movies planned for 2023 are ready for a release...

I don't want SRK to work with him. ADHM was probably the worst movie experience of my life. Terrible movie. He has forgotten how to make movies. I have no hopes from RARKPK as well.

Brahmastra is shelved.Kjo told Ayan that he doesn't want to invest any more in the franchise. Rani Mukerji came to Ayan's rescue and gave him an entry into YRF.

Rest everything is eyewash. They are still trying to make it look like the film was not a dud..Obviously.In a couple of years, there will be other films..and this will be swept under the carpet.

Right now the plan is damage control and keep the perception going for a while longer.

I get it that Brahmastra might not have been a hit. But on what basis are you calling it a dud? 😕

Isnt that Ambani dude a friend of Ranbir's?

So maybe there is a chance he will agree to maybe partially produce it, unless Mukesh thinks its a bad decision. But Jio just announced a massive number of projects. Can they include Brahmastra as well? Gujju bhai, kya bolte? I know he is loaded but still.

But if there is no producer on board then kis confidence pe Ayaan announced the dates/years of release?

Makes no sense. Dharma has invested in it..why can't it partner with Jio. How does Ayan hold all the cards? He is the director, but rights remain with the producer..

Suddenly Ayan is all-powerful?

Did he wish Ranalia today?

Hmm But would Dharma also make spin offs & OTT release series? Depends on the kind of contracts they had. Disney has always been having issues in India because they can't operate like they do in US & other countries. They pulled out of production business years ago. I haven't even watched the movie lol, but there can be a plethora of reasons of wanting to pull out as a producer

As for Disney, they started pulling out of production in India years ago.https://www.businesstoday.in/magazine/features/story/film-studios-are-struggling-with-their-business-model-backfiring-146356-2016-08-22

Ayan directing War 2, inking deals with Jio..IDK but is Dharma Productions even a profit making production house anymore? what was the last big hit that came from them?

Decipher karne layak kya tha uss movie mein?woh chodo, surface level par bhi kuch average bhi nahi tha movie mein.

This is just disgusting entitlement of the makers that they expected people to like the movie.

ikr..I was like even a 4 year old is smarter than your very juvenile average movie..a movie about the great Astras deserves so MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!
