As long as Akshara’s inaccessible to Abhi she really need not worry. Yes she may worry Roohi will lose to Abhir when it comes to AbhiM’s love and attention but the way she was looking at her ring, it seems she’s actually worried for herself more than she’s worried about Roohi.
