Had Abhimanyu refused to treat Abhir due to past matters, then really he is in a wrong profession

I highly doubt she’ll reveal it on the day of the wedding because she’ll be hiding it to get married to him. However, chances of the truth coming out on the day of the wedding are very high.
I would never want Nav to die saving Arohi lol. Plus when the truth comes out he’ll be consoling/supporting Akshara so might not even think about Arohi at that time.
