Ak fears are genuine . She is scared if truth is out , abhir is snatched away by abhi and birlas and Nav can't live without Abhir. Her internal fears for rejection of kid by abhi is there on top of it if abhi funds truth she knows his anger and egoistic birlas . Abhir birth certificate is clearly given as Abhinav and Ak Sharma as parents. So they are showing ak didn't cheat anything and kept everything safe for the kid as she lost hopes of returning to her or acceptance.Abhi is as usual checked file of abhir but didn't see dob because he is a doctor not a HR specialist.

Ar bday is celebrated grand in birlas. It's similar to ak bday where abhi didn't let anyone make cake but here shefali made it and he just cut fruits. Gvs call Ar over video call and ak sends hair clips to ar. Those are Ar favourite from childhood. The hair clip with three hearts symbolises transition from childhood to adulthood. Ar gets emotional that she is happy with what she has and wants nothing next. Ar wants to give cake to abhi but ruhi ate it. So no cringe binge served. Abhi is dull seeing ak in video call and manju undestood his son unable to get over ak and gave him a sukoon look which he showed as facade.

Ak and nav told the truth of his heart condition and ak assured docman promised to heal him. Abhir can't handle it he cried badly and seeing ak, abhir abhi can't take his pain .he holds shiv pendant and is emotional for kid.His mirror reflection on door is clearly his mind vs heart feeling for the kid

He enters room and crossed nav sits with abhir makes him understand his health issue.He assures him he will heal him .Ak and abhir completely trust abhir in health issue. If Docman is there everything will be good no need to worry. Abhi kissed abhir on his forehead which he usually did to ak in love. We can see heart felt love for abhir. Abhir left ak hand slowly and held abhi hand when abhi came in as doctor to heal him.This goes for truth too. Kid will accept him after truth is out.

Abhir reminds that days date and abhi gets on head dinner date with ar as told by mata.He goes away saying he has done work. Ak understood it as ar bday so going out but her eyes are painful when she told nav. Mata stops near gate asks abhi are you going to give ar a clarification as fiancee or docman. She has started dreaming that abhi has changed and gives her love where as it's all for ruhi he is doing it.

Abhir and ak wait for doctor, docman to discharge him. But abhi is busy. They get a patient with a twin Pregnancy and lost one kid and another as heart problem in tummy. So they wanted to discuss the case. Listening to twin pregnancy abhi got stirred totally and mahima saw his pain.abhi went out of the room.nurse says ak the complicated case they are dealing there and ak gets stirred up comes out the room.

Both abhira are in pain and remembered the mc of the kid and their pain that day. For abhi it's for two kids and for ak its loss of her one kid and the affect of it on their life. Abhira didn't relieve their pain on that day as neil death made abhi chose and register it ,ar pain ,his mom pain . Abhira can't hug or get any emotional attachment after that as both failed it miserably. Abhi has to hide that pain and store in heart whereas ak has one kid left to survive with her struggles.They both are very near to hold each other to release their break down but nav came in between and spoiled it. Ak in gv had confession pics with lights in her room and Nav was standing aside when ak is looking for abhir health. As usual the block is nav between abhira but they find their way again no doubt through abhir.

Abhi enters room and Doctor who attended ak delivery is invited by Ar for the spl case.He explains a similar case which he dealt and miracle boy born to that lady who lost one twin in accident and she doesn't know another one survived. That case is miracle along with that super papa who held the 4 days when mom is in coma for 4 days.As people think it's to glorify Nav but it's for justification of Ak shadi with Nav and why ak kept him as father for the kid. Last time abhi connected dots through his heart and he himself confessed she didn't move on like him and staying with Nav. This time he will connect why she married Nav when she loved abhi to the core. This is the last connect for abhi on head to connect that ak married Nav for the sake of his kid not being illegitimate.

Goenkas welcome abhir in grand way with nagin dance by manish and kv. Nagin dance was done by naksh in S2 to show Goenkas as nagins. In S3 kv and Goenkas did in Ar mehendi time and birlas entered their house with 3 three brothers in dhols and in mandap birlas did band bajavo of Ar. Similarly nagin dance done but big dhols were in song played with a twist there. In parallel abhi is connecting twin pregnancy case on head told by doctor. The screen shot of abhi single vs Goenkas and Sharmas together is next fight ready . Band bajavo by Goenkas and abhi is left alone in this self inflicted karma.

Abhi, ar and ruhi made single pillar houses Three are similar and one is in white.Abhi thinks of doctors words and patient name Sharma and throws the white pillar. In a way Ar after Neil's shadi never chose goenkas any day it's all her Birlas only and under mata solo Arabic koothuley her life is running .

Near steps where ak and nav are standing there is a set up of Sharanga Vishnu's magical bow a samudramanthan product. This was given later to srirama to protect the dharma. Swarna took right and wrong today supporting ak when this bow is shown from her side .

She loved vivan her childhood friend and her marriage was fixed after that gangor shown in pics but vivan died in accident while coming to shadi.Gayu was pregnant with vivan kid and with samarth kartiks cousin they all made her agree for shadi as not to remove the child. Gayu was pregnant with one man , he died and immediately married another man.Vansh is the illegitimate kid of S2 .

Are they giving hints that way Ar married Neil but had illegitimate kid i.e. ivf khaand and neil died immediately. Shivji took long time to accept parvati Devi as he can't let go sati Devi love and memories. In story sati, parvati and Kali form suit only ak .

Story is abhi threw ak in sati phase with sirat and all blames. She is literally made dead by him. And he was grieving her loss without admitting his faults or accepting and acknowledgement of past issues . When he went to kasauli he cut that sirat death phase by asking sorry. Though ak did reject him ,she got access to her family back after that. He himself confessed after she reached him as in parvati phase but she rejected him as his mistakes were still there and he can't reconnect the kid rejection.So she went back to kasauli with kid and he let go her. Kid as ganesha her self produced one is kicking the parents both sides not letting any vign in their life's as they destroyed it badly. So the road connecting them is the kid who will make them realise their love and unite them.

Thanks Meher for this positive review. Ur reviews r much much better than episodes. I really enjoyed reading it. They should stop giving reference of shiv parvati with this cringe fest. They r just instigating people n hurting their sentiments. They can show this story in many ways bt exécution is very bad. Acting of Jay n ks makes it more cringe. They have very talented leads bt they haven't utilized them properly. They will reunite abhira for legacy kid then gen4.I really wanted to see hc n pr sharing screen together. They r amazing bt very unlucky leads of all gen who won't get proper story line after marriage.
