people do divorce these days ..any child conceived when parents were married and not legally separated is legitimate

Savi ‘s last name being Joshi doesn’t define her legitimacy. She can be given her mothers last name. Her birth certificate doesn’t have fathers name but Sai was married to Virat & from Savi’s birthdate & gestational age at time of birth it’s not hard to prove she is Virats legal child.

Her school documents will have Virat as her father. The adoption excuse was for Savi. Officially she is a girl whose parents are divorced

Just because school records or people know verbally Savi is Vs kid it doesn’t work for legal purposes. Her birth certificate was never changed to add Vs name.

For that matter Sai and Vs divorce was also not filed
