quick update - Amba continues to say that she now is the majority shareholder of Raichand group of companies and with this takeover the company will now be known as Mehta industries. Abhi and dev are now relegated to mere employees of the company. The otheremployees look worried and Amba says don’t look so worried - nothing is going to happen to your jobs. The CEO and MD are going to change nobody else. Go back to your business as usual and you’ll get more information in due course of time. She asks divya to leave and asks dev, vidhi and abhi to come to her cabin.
Yogesh and Amba are in the cabin and amba picks up devs planner and Yogu is like what’s the use of this now. Trash it. The security guards bring dev and abhi in - Amba throws the planner at devs feet and vidhi goes to pick it up. Amba takes back the planner and says - in this cabin, in this company nothing or no person even will move without her approval. She throws the planner back at her feet.
Dev tells Amba that she has betrayed them. Amba tells dev that this is the result of his betrayal - the way he feels now she’s been made to feel for years. She said that she will take everything away from him - and she has now. Did he think that because she smiled and said let’s move on she forgot and forgave? No. She presents the new ceo - yogu whom she seats in Dev’s seat and goes to sit in Shantanu’s chair herself. Dev and abhi are aghast, but other than say you can’t do it - can’t do much. Amba says that this completes the revenge she promised him. Dev is like you have done what you need to, now it’s my turn. My response will be heard in every corner of this room. Amba is like despite losing everything, you still haven’t learnt your lesson.
Amba goes to abhi and tells him that she forgot to congratulate him. It is because of his stupidity that all of this was possible for them. Abhi moves threateningly toward yogi and dev is like wait. Whatever we do we’ll do legally. Amba says other than talk, you cant do anything - legally or illegally. She asks everyone else to leave and says she needs to talk to the ex-ceo. Dev is like nothing doing. Amba says if he refuses, she will go and tell the courts that he is blocking the takeover by not completing the formalities.
Yogi, abhi and vidhi leave - Amba asks dev to help her remove shantanu’s photo. Dev requests her - asks her to leave the photo there. Amba is like when the company itself is no longer with the raichanf family, what the use of this photo. Dev is like don’t forget that if Shantanu raichand hadn’t helped Amba and her father, the mehta’s would have been nowhere. Remember that, remember your humanity, Amba is like when everything else fails, you all fall back to humanity. I was a good person, I was a kind person. I became like this only because of you - you made me this way. All is not lost yet, I will give everything back - I will sign whatever blank papers you want me to sign, transfer the share back - if you leave vidhi forever. Dev is like I feel sorry for you - did you think, I dev raichand would leave my wife for a business deal. Amba is like fine - and she brings down shantanu’s photo. Dev is sad, but he walks out saying you wait for my response.
Amba watches him leave and says you’re willing to let everything go, your fathers empire, your family’s company. All for this vidhi?
Abhi dev and vidhi are leaving - when the accountant from last week comes. That guy is like the company is no longer with you, I am resigning too. Dev is like what happened - how did this happen, whose fault is this. The guy is like I’m sorry to say this - but it is all abhi’s fault. I kept warning him, but he trusted Yogesh way too much. Abhi’s guilt starts eating him. The guy walks away and abhi goes into self blame mode - he is like I’m sorry bhaiyya this is all my fault. The company that dad started and you brought until here - I ruined it. Dev is like stop crying - this is not the time for tears. He says you think you made a mistake right - the only way forward is to fix it. Let’s work together and fix this, they hug. Vidhi is happy.
Amba and Yogu are celebrating and he is like I can’t believe this worked, you are a super woman. Amba is like I couldn’t have done it without you.

Also, there was a hamla scene that I dint really pay attention to.
All in all a decent episode - although there were some tall tall dialogues, it was delivered well! The episode belonged to Amba, and Dev for his restraint!
