Yes…thank you for writing this out so coherently. I am incredibly liberal, and even I don’t think this is ok. I actually think it’s quite effed up. I’ve had some VERY good guy friends who at one time or another expressed some love interest; I don’t keep contact with them because I care about how my husbands feels. He would never ever deny me meeting them or keeping contact, but I personally would never want to give him the slightest bit of uncomfort or upset. He matters the most to me. So, I’ll keep contact with my completely platonic guy friends, but not with the ones who have expressed one-sided love interest. I feel it’s intentional - the writer is showing Meerab keeping the door open to him, as an option, like the contract, because she hasn’t reached that stage with Murtasim yet. Regardless, it’s effed up on her part. LIke you said, just leave Murtasim and live with your Rohail if he represents your freedom and he fulfills your need for crazy level of love for you. Rohail is definitely crazy in love…I will give him that. I understand that she’s traumatized and conflicted…but that doesn’t mean she has to cross limits of decency when dealing with someone’s heart. she knows how her husband feels about Rohail.

If she's implying that usse Rohail se Mohabbat hai, but somehow she's caged here, then she shouldn't disrespect the marriage anymore and respectfully leave, and learn to grow up in life, behave like an adult, take accountability, and not blame others for every single minor inconvenience in her life.

Forget a married woman, in the sub-continent, even single women do not entertain a man's repeated calls and declarations of mohabbat like this, unless they're interested in him. For that matter, men or women, anyone would want to put an immediate full stop to unsolicited mohabbat declarations, if they're not interested in the person making those declarations. Which is what hurt Murtasim so much - Meerab neither stopped nor denied any of the rubbish that Rohail was spouting. Ulta she justifies her behaviour and acts arrogant saying it's no big deal if she continues chatting with her "friend" who keeps declaring unsolicited mohabbat. I just don't know what to make of this anymore.

This is supposed to be a love story and we aren't seeing Meerab even starting to feel something for Murtasim. It does get tedious after a point lol.

If this drama has 28 episodes and his entry is on 24th episode then it is like he is entering during the separation phase of Meerab and Murtasim.

And also there is an old lady with Meerab in the BTS. He can be the old lady's son too.
