Love has different shades; love towards parents, friends, spouse, children etc..

Here meerub does care for murtu and wants to accept the relationship bcoz she is married. She respects the sanctity of marriage and accepted him as her husband. But hasn't fallen in love yet. She believes that love doesnt exist after the traumas she has gone through. So she is not able to accept murtu's love.

She is only doing things for him bcoz now she enjoys his company and attention. Still in the starting stage of love, she has a long way to go.
