Is it a larger market possibly? India has a larger population that can bring in more viewers. I’m a Canadian business owner and 90% of my customers are American. There is a huge difference in population between Canada and the US and cracking that market is necessary for my e-commerce business to survive. I don’t know the difference in population between India and Pakistan but I do know India has a huge population. They probably just naturally being in more viewership so from a business point of view, maybe that is what is important.

Murtasim is sooooo mesmerized, his eyes doesn't leave her face and he forgets to open his mouth. Meerab is teasing him with the kheer, she smiles and wants to run away. Murtasim is brought back to earth with his 'oh no you can't run away from me face', Meerab drops the flirt face she is just a a girl now who is experiencing what it feels like to be adored like Murtasim does her.

I don’t think we can compare Haya and Rohail. Haya has no parents and lives in their home as their responsibility. Murtasim has known Haya her whole life. Meerab has known Rohail for 2 years according to the first episode. Murtasim constantly speaks in favour of Meerab in front of Haya and shuts her down completely if she says anything against Meerab. Then he explains himself to Meerab and clears it up while reassuring Meerab that she means everything to him. He stands up for her and proves this time and time again. Now I’m not saying he isn’t wrong for not maintaining more distance with Haya especially after Meerab was very clear about this with him. He definitely didn’t take her feelings seriously enough and he is completely wrong for that. I just don’t think it’s the same thing though. Murtasim is understandably insecure in this relationship because he’s the only one declaring his feelings. Had Meerab spoken up in his defence at Rohail’s house, I think it would have cleared things up. How many times has Murtasim stood up for Meerab. I think Murtasim even mentioned in the last episode that she just stood there silently listening. I mean he’s only human, without any reassurance, I’m sure his insecurities creep up and give him trust issues. Whatever she does now, he may view as too little too late and not see it as authentic. I understand Meerab’s trust issues too of getting too close to someone since those closest to her betrayed her. The same way, I understand Murtasim’s emotions too.
