When you are in pain you lose rationality. And you say many hurtful words to the person you love the most. That’s how human work and he did just that today to meerab even though we know he trusts her fully.

Waqas was saying right dialogue in the end of episode.Feudal Lords mein honor killing ho jate hai aise situations mein.

I m not doing character assassination of meerub.I m just pissed at her stupidity.Agar koi restaurant ke jagah residential area mein le kar aya hai tu idea tu ho jata hai na.Aur Jo lecture murtasim ko dete hai woh bhi apply nahi karte khud par.

Yea this scene and Haya going with murtasam to village: I feel like writer could have done a better story line.

As this two scene was big twist: the writer should have put bit more work into it. 😂😂

My issue is this ….

The character of Meerab always falls short in expressing her feelings in a way that an ambitious, independent and educated girl as she is supposed to be, does. She is emotional, contemplative and then angry…which is the sign of a problematic personality.

- in the scene with Murtasim, she says her real father has said you can kill and he says I hope you don’t do anything that will drive me to kill. Her immediate response is I am not scared of you. The contemplative Meerab is lost in this dialogue.

- in the scene with her mother, while she was excellent is tearing up while talking of how she feels like she is unwanted by her parents. Her inability to react with her mother’s statement regarding how they were unable to save her from this family is confusing. The very next scene she taunts her parents as being an unwanted guest. So what effect has the dialogues from her mother had on her? Again here the contemplative Meerab has reacted with anger.

- in the scene with Rohail, AFTER having seen his love-psycho board, any educated girl will see it as a red flag. She won’t be hanging around and listening to his suggestions on how to get out of marriage, if anything she would leave immediately. Just imagine the scene without the existence of the psycho board, it actually would have made us feel for Meerab… because Rohail was saying things that we were thinking from her perspective, it would have built her case very well.

BUT

the fact that we get a contemplative Meerab - the dialogue “kya soch rahi ho Meerab” has happened so many times in the show by Murtasim himself, and the cumulative has always been an angry or a dismissive dialogue from her. This paints her as an immature person, a brat. What is the point of showing her contemplative if she is going to be a brat at the end. Is the writer trying to tell us women “overthink”?

the fact that she hung around after Rohail showing off his psycho board tells us that the writer thinks this was the only way they could have “shown” Rohail’s love or that Meerab would be convinced that Rohail loves her?! Which age is this writer from?!?! This was done to show Murtasim to be a better love than Rohail. Is the writer trying to tell us women have only these options?

I hope that YT channels never ever interview and glorify writers of shows before the show is over. Such bad writing should have never been given a platform in the first place.

RANT OVER.

Writer as we dissected over many threads is a stone age paindu writer who herself has complexes as a female. What can you say.

Meerab is not a child that anyone could manipulate or force her to go with a man.

She could have taken the help of taxi driver but no she said to the driver she knows the guy...she got off set on rohails car and left.

Meerab's justification to murtasim was bull sh*t that rohail forced me to go with him.

Her brain only works when she has to hurt or disappoint murtasim.

I felt like she was cold with anila alot today just removing her photos but reasons behind removing her photos was waqas and his agony yes we know they hide her birth truth.

She still had the audacity to blame murtasim for telling waqas about her whereabouts....when Murtasim did not said a word. High time for meerab to ment her ways.
