Call me blatant, but if not for Yumna and Wahaj carrying this show, no one from the cast is deserving of the massive success this has reached

According to me, sabeena is misfit for the role of haya.. she is neither attractive nor a good actress.. the idea that she is competition to meerab and a possible match for murtasim is laughable. They should have casted someone who would have given a solid competition to yumna in terms of looks and acting. I think the girl who plays the role of maryam inthe show would have been a better choice for the role of haya.

But if they can put that much money into renting the set, traveling and setting up at different locations etc., just to create the right environment, look, and feel for the story, it just doesn’t make sense that they wouldn’t $$ into the clothes. Like, you can literally grab other outfits from anyone’s closet and stick them in the suitcase just to show that you have more than 4!!! That aspect of the show is not well thought out. A woman like Ma Begam would have insisted that Murtasim buy his Biwi a good selection of items. Even if they are not to Ma Begam’s style/liking, she would still have more than the same recycled outfits.

Actually, Geo production has 3-4 house and that Khet😆😆. They use the same set for every show. You pick any Geo show and you will find the same Gao and main Haveli set. They just have a really good cinematographer who gives the whole royal look to their shows.

In BOTH suitcase packing scenes, like the one yesterday packing for Karachi, Meerab was packing the SAAAAME salwaars she wore in previous episodes. Seriously, just borrow some other clothes at least for those suitcase scenes. And the brown suit she is wearing in today’s episode she also wore during the Murtasim accident hospital scene. Seriously, Murtasim, why does your cousin Haya generally dress better than your wife? Sell some of your land and get “My Biwi” some DIFFERENT clothes. No wonder she’s always in a bad mood 😆

Yes, it doesn’t take away from YumHaj’s excellent acting, thankfully, but little things like this can make a huge difference from a visual and visceral perspective. If Meerab can be shown paying attention to her hair, having a curly hairstyle after marriage, then it doesn’t make sense that she would recycle her clothes this much. If she didn’t care about appearance, girl would not be spending time curling her hair.

Meerub being an activist might be trying to do her part in reducing carbon dioxide and green house gas emission by having minimal clothes.. So she re-uses whatever she has till it wears off...Setting an example through her actions.

Doctor was hinting at abuse by husband n MIL.. But in this house, the abuse is by Haya 😭😭😭
