Director or writer are also not denying even yumna herself says that meerub is not someone who gives relationship much importance

She has that character trait.

It may or may not.

Meerab doesn’t have anyone in her life other than Murtasim upon whom can depend on. Her foster-parents, her biology dad are useless. Not having Murtasim in her life, will make is difficult, she is all alone otherwise.

I don’t think she would like to take a Divorce or leave Murtasim now.

If they decide to part ways I think Meerab would suffer more, as would lose the person who supported her through out.
