Hmm yes Siddharth - Shruti Hassan movie even there they get separated when there own love /spouses come into picture but at end the respective partners come around but by then these two realise they can’t go back to what they have shared earlier and there will also be boundaries!

I think Tamil actors are mostly North Indian or malayalis. Nayantara and Asin are malayalis. So is Revathy, urvashi and shobana.

ladies are almost all Telugu, some are Malayali. Tamil culture is more conservative than Telugu it is not considered a respectable profession for women. I can't even name one Tamil actress maybe days of old during Sivaji MGR times.

I have heard of some really good thrillers made in Tamil recently but didn't watch any of them. Tamil thrillers with murder and all can be a little gruesome and its hard for me to watch. I still remember watching vetayadu vilayadu years back and getting the chills by the villains and their method of killing😆. I love the songs from that movie.
