Exactly, V fell for Sai for her beauty only, still he wants her for that only but he always had much more emotional understanding with P, the reason he cannot move on from P ever, nor let her go.

She was his wife so it didn't take much time for him to accept her & fall for her romantically. It was always skinship love for him even if the show didn't have any hardcore romance.
