P has never lost anything. No matter how much she screws up she gets away with it. Vinu loves her as his mumma. V is seeing her as a mahaan person whom he needs to take care of. BK also has not negated her as bahu and kicked her out like she used to do with Sai- straight up asking her to leave, Ash supports her. Sai has never wished ill for her unlike p who got badduas.

In all this P always gets her wins.

At the end of this also, Sai is the kinda person who would tell Vinu that he should respect and care for P since she cared for him. Lifelong she gets to be "mumma" despite being undeserving of such a title.

She got to be Vs wife for all these years. Pyaar toh V is incapable of giving anyway. A man who could not do right by his parents, brother and children , and then mentor, Sai- he was never gonna "love" her unconditionally. Yet without love he has always gone above and beyond for her.

He still holds her in high regard even though he knows she cheated Sam, she plotted to harm Sai and wanted to ruin their marriage, she inflicted harm on Vini by feeding him some crap stories, she bribes people to bring fake disrepute on people instead of speaking about her problems.

So basically P has always got what she wanted.

Has she ever paid the price for her deeds? She didn't serve time in jail for her crimes. Her criminal history is a secret. She has only received love and respect from everyone in CN. Even now when BK is finally anti P she hasnt actually told P off like she did with Sai. Nobody has been as disrespect to her, name called her, raised questions about her parvarish etc. Everyone has been perfectly mild mannered. Has she ever felt even 1% of what she inflicted on Sai- NO. And she won't. Because Sai isn't one to seek revenge by stooping to her level of crassness. She's dignified even in her disagreements. And CN gang seem to truly value her "surname" and khandaan factor so much that they have never taken her to task for blatant crimes also.

As i think back to the few instances where P has been called out, usually its never just her- she's had full support of BK gang. And when it was just her that finally was under the radar for her surrogacy kaand- she literally got away in a day. Sai has spent time more in lockup for crimes she never committed than P did.

She has not received 1 slap till date. Never been shoved aside. Never been called names. Never lost someone close to her forever- Sam doesn't count coz he was a stranger to her. She didn't give 2 hoots when he died. Next day she was planning to ruin Sai V marriage and getting pregnant.

Sai the orphan who had no one has been taken for granted by all and sundry and she's too kind hearted to give it back to them in kind. I wish she did. I want her tolerance threshold to be breached where she says enough and takes legal action and makes a spectacle out of them all. But now shes got kids too. So she won't. And somewhere being all alone her natural instinct is always to question if she did something wrong and feel guilty. She has always been made to feel inadequate or was called immature, impulsive, quarrelsome, stubborn etc. But in contrast the praise she gets is miniscule. People have only highlighted her flaws and magnified every little thing she's done. Its really not fair to her.

And its really sad to see her fight the self doubt and self guilt to take a stand for herself without letting people take her kindness and righteousness for granted.

The fight of P and Sai is of unequals. Because P is morally bankrupt and unscrupulous in her means whereas Sai is too straightforward and graceful even in her fight.

I am torn between admiration for Sai's uprightness and steadfastness and wanting to shake her and tell her to be a little cunning and manipulative. Even her manipulations are very harmless or silly - only blind people can miss it. She's not a scheming wicked person. She's too upfront. And people take her for a ride. She needs to fire without warning without bothering to be courteous or decent. Because ultimately she is the one who has got the short end of the stick.

Who has had to live alone? Raise a kid alone who is obsessive about baba? Who has had to work insanely to make ends meet without any financial security? Who has had to console herself and bury her feelings? Who had had no outlet like drinking or venting to friends. Who is the one whose kid is calling her aunty? Who is the one seeing the love of her life married to another woman flaunting it? Who is the one who lost another set of parents when Ash and Ninad became shameless? Who is the one being character assassinated by society and P? Who is the one who will face inappropriate charges of medical negligence. Who had to disrupt her life and move?

All sacrifices are Sai's.

I was thinking about this the other day- why did they not clear face of woman in Virat’s dream on Holi?

I thought the same this would make more sense ... That dream was left at a "cliffhanger" as to who the woman was so he should've completed the dream and seen Sai that would've made more sense...and yes finish the dream with a a fun moment

Yeah and that dream looked so much better and cuter than the promo. I thought they left the song sequence incomplete and show it later. Sairat splashing water on each other then the kids and it would have been so much fun to watch it.
