Tere bin is about the intense passionate love murtasim has for his wife. The makers tried to show his passion for meerab by these gestures like gulping, intense staring without blinking, hand touching etc. Since this is a pakistani show and they cannot show his passion in any other way, they resorted to these little gestures which we should be thankful for. And wahaj is potraying exactly as per the character demands.

I didnot see wahaj displaying these gestures in mpht or ishq jalebi because these dramas donot have this tere bin type of extreme love. In mpht, saad's love is selfless, spiritual kind of love. In ishq jalebi, basim's love is playful, affectionate kind of love.
