I don't think so. Maybe his Khandaan needed a wife like Haya but not Murtasim. Murtasim can never love or respect a person like Haya. Murtasim likes challanges, someone who would keep him on his toes, someone who is different from his regular life. I get it that he wants Merab to behave a certain way but her not behaving like that makes her more attractive and respectful to him. He loves her fighting spirit however much he says otherwise.

I am actually disappointed with murtasim. He has long way to be called as husband goals.

He loves her. But he wants her the way he wants her to be. He very well know why she couldn't accept her marriage . Still he never tried to talk about her past . Everyone in that house one by one advising her to accept her new life by forgetting her dream.
