You guys!

Right back at ya, bacche! 🤗
i'm gonna post a 'pitara' of springtime songs so please 'bahar' with me! 😆(see what i did there? 😆)
This song I remember from long ago - I don't even know where I first heard it, probably the radio or an old classic bollywood themed program on DD but it has stayed with me over the years. I didn't even remember who the singer was - somehow my hazy memory was telling me it's a female with a voice like Shamshad Begum 😆. Guess I was wrong. I did some digging and found a female version (yayy!) in the movie but it turned out to be an entirely different song! Memory does play tricks on you, doesn't it? Nevertheless, listen to this wonderful song! It has a joyous beat to simulate the train's motion yet it does somehow evoke the feelings of a green spring and flowers blooming!
Song: Aayi bahar aaj aayi bahar
Film: Doctor (1941)
Music: Pankaj Mullick
Lyrics: Aarzoo Lucknowi
Singer: Pankaj Mullick

This actually brings to mind another song from this movie on the 'bahar theme!Originally posted by: Viswasruti
Ah, the delightful scent of springtime and the tune of Koel's voice. What a revitalising time it is! Our winter blues wash away in the warm sunshine, which feels wonderful on our soul. Colorful blooms are sprouting up, and it's the perfect time to dance with a gleam in eyes and a swing in steps.

This song makes me crack up because Dev looks so ridiculous! 😆 It's fascinating how one tiny growth on the upper lip can transform a charmingly debonair actor into an utterly forgettable one! His stylist should be fired! 😆 (Sorry if anyone likes him with it - no offense please
)
This movie is no great shakes either, one would think it would be with Dev and Dilip together but nope! I had watched it for them, and Bina Rai is always pretty, but can't remember a thing from it and you can't pay me to watch it again! 😆
Song: Aayi jhoomti bahar
Film: Insaniyat (1955)
Music: C. Ramchandra
Lyrics: Rajinder Kishen
Singers: Lata and Talat

Posting a happy fun chaotic song for a Saturday morning... Enjoy with me sisters! Checkout Mehmood and Sunil Dutt sing as they try to win over Saira Banu in a very comical scenario. Music composed by R.D Burman.

He is almost unrecognizable! 😲😆
A highly motivational song ... I am listening now!
Flowers are blooming in the gardens, the red silk cotton is in full bloom, and paradoxically—if you don't recognise that the trees are getting ready for the summer—leaves are falling off the trees. The spring's emblematic bird, the lovely music bird, is calling, and there is music in the air. A few convincing words, to make the presence of beauty in every life.
Song--Kabhi To Milegi
