They would have never let the daughter of their family go anywhere else. Even when she was with Waqas and Anila, Anwer dictated her life decisions. Waqas always took permission from them for any decision regarding Meerab.

There was no way they would have let Meerab go and live on the Streets or at any friend's place. Leave everyone else, Murtasim would not have let her go after knowing she's their blood. They thrive on Izzat, which largely rests on the shoulders of the women in their family.

Meerab's refusal would never have been accepted. Maa Begum was clear about keeping Meerab's share of property with them, there was no way this marriage was not happening ever.

Law education was already denied to her, and they would have pressured her to agree for the wedding anyhow.

Read the caption. This is exactly what I pointed out in the previous thread.

Most of these reviewers are not able to put Tere Bin into any category of show and do not know what to expect out of it. Hence the disappointments.

Either they have outright discarded plot points of the show or are stupid enough to think that gajra scene would have led to consummation. There is a contract bound between them and I do not know how much more loudly it can be highlighted.

Why in the world have they never heard of 'slowburn'?

Even with all the illogical stuff happening and stupid decisions being taken, their lovestory takes the focal point here. That aspect is just not compromised, atleast until now.

Like I said earlier this was new for them and something ITV was used to, that’s why you have so many Indian audiences lapping it up especially working women and girls and all those who grew up watching Mr. Darcy !

when I first saw teasers I thought he will forcefully marry her but by episode two I understood both of them will be forced so I expected she will go in rampage mode ala Maa Durga and Murtasim will lie done (Lord shiva) to pacify her !

I will give them a few episodes to salvage the blunder. We are taking it episode by episode, but if we watched this show in one go, a lot many things could fall together.

It's Pakistani television and they cannot go all out with the rough brutal alpha pair romance. What we assume is on the basis of their character traits. Fact remains, they are not able to box Meerab and Murtasim. Meerab still maybe, they have put her into the ice-cold brat category but not Murtasim yet.

The centre point is them and I still believe it. Obviously if they lose that focal point, they will lose audience.

Sure the writing could have been a lot more nuanced and logical, but what we have on plate is made much better by the actors. Again, the scrutiny is a bit too much because of the popularity, because it's not that all of their current dramas are too logical. Some fictional shows just mask illogical plots well or the writers manage to do that, this one fails exactly there.

True!!! If i was binge watching it, probably wouldnt be this frustrated.. the fact that we have to wait 5 days to see whats happening is making it worse..

I don't know but having a weird feeling is this turning into a confession by murtasim.

I absolutely agree Meerub has her heart in the right place but she’s a thankless girl who takes her family/ Murtasim for granted & sadly she will have to suffer for it in the future.

that’s why she probably having problem. Look at haya she is a walking atomic bomb in her life.

Her freedom is completly gone, now she is caged, she won’t be able to study further most likely unless her husband supports her.

Her selfishness don’t go to point it’s like haya. In fact I feel sorry for haya, soon as meerab came hays love, home everything was snatched.

It’s like meerab is favored by god.

But that’s the story. For her maybe that’s the max she probably will get. Her ego and confusion will bring her downfall.

However it doesn’t justify we cursing her character, she hasent done anything evil to anyone like haya. Lol

She went around to do black magic to get her love and even more, she is trying to separate husband and wife. That’s like a huge sin.
