Honestly,I understand where you are coming from.

But that doesn't mean, to prove one has become a strong and independent woman, they can't move on and marry another person. Marriage doesn't have to mean dependency, true marriage means support. And even a strong and independent woman needs emotional support.

And also,how much ever you say,it's not easy being a single woman in our country, men look at you like you are always available to them, people disregard you that just because you don't have a man beside you, you are not worth it, even in 2023,have seen for myself. So akshu did what she deemed to be good for her and her child at that time.

Plus,naira was very different than akshu, she was also a more emotionally and physically strong character than akshara.

Why does Akshara need a husband? Maybe because people need companionship and she wanted one? Why is it only when it's about second chance love stories that marriage becomes a sign of servitude and patriarchy but otherwise for the toxic ex, it's soulmatism? Bhai, ek insaan abusive nikla toh aurat ajeevan bramhacharya dharan kar le.

At this point, she can scream that she loves Abhinav and Abhira stans will find her character butchered for moving on from Abhimanyu
