The only thing I can think of is that Ma Begum is super scared from the last time Murtasim went to the village. He almost died and she had no communication with him. In haste, she sent Haya so she can stay in touch with her and get updates. It still doesn’t make any sense. Murtasim didn’t fight it at all…so strange. He’s taking Haya too lightly. And yes Mariam is the sweetest in the bunch but even she was like Ma Begum why didn’t you tell Meerab that Haya went with Bhai as if it wasn’t a big deal. I get that Murtasim isn’t interested in Haya at all in that sense but he knows how Meerab feels. Was he really that distracted by the village issues to consider this? I’m hoping after Meerab confronts him, he will take this more seriously and keep his distance from Haya. Of course by then, this Rohail thing will come to light and Murtasim will be angry that Meerab has been so upset with him over this Haya thing but meets with Rohail and shares their personal matters with him.

He clearly explained to Meerub that even if she wasn’t in the picture he still would not have married Haya, he almost said he loves her but she refused to listen.

I am not saying Meerub is wrong in her reactions because she is not, any wife even if she doesn’t love her husband won’t take cheating lightly but the fact is Murtasim is not cheating on her.

I don't like the helpless look Murtu gives when it comes to Haya. He could have easily shut Haya up when she was showing off her gajra. He didn't.

He could have gone to Gaon with Anwar or he could have gone alone. It's not like he has never said no to Maa Begum..he could have easily convinced her. This is especially important after the multiple times Meerab has spoken about how she feels about Haya.

Haya can walk into their room as and when she wishes to. Even when the couple is alone. She can touch him, cook for him, take care of him..say stuff like you're alive because of my Dua 🤔 and she does this openly..

He can put a stop to this very easily. But he chooses not to because Meerab is being silly. 😵 all her insecurities are trivial.

About the contract, yes..Murtasim will never speak about it to Haya or to anyone else and Meerab made a blunder in admitting it to Rohail.

I absolutely agree with each and every word of yours. Murtasum has professed his love for Meerab in front of Haya multiple times…he defended her in the car too…..let’s see how the scene plays out, maybe something did go in haya’s eye and he was just trying to remove it. We as audience know that he does not have any feelings for her. She is like Mariam to him. Whereas what Meerab did was horrible to the core. You don’t share your bedroom secrets so casually with a friend . That was utterly distasteful…..also for me distasteful is the fact that she didn’t correct ma begam’s misunderstanding. She had all the time in the world for that . How can she let the whole house celebrate when she knows the truth? How can she be so casual about it . I think Meerab’s character sketch has been written badly. No depth,no maturity in that. Just a spoilt brat who wants things her way. I am skipping the next few episodes for sure. Meerab’s behaviour disgusts me. Come to think of it, this show has no great story …it’s just the leads chemistry that has taken it to this height and now that too is a question mark for me ?
