Murtasim has no reason not to believe his own mother when she tells him about the pregnancy.

Meerab will keep quiet because she doesn’t want to tell anyone that she can’t possibly be pregnant because then they will know about the contract and that they’re not actually in a relationship.

Shes probably giving Murtasim the silent treatment after the argument about Haya so she won’t clear anything up with him.
Also she’s probably enjoying all the pampering and care she’s getting from her mother-in-law. Plus it’s a bonus to make Haya burn with jealousy if everyone thinks she’s pregnant.
If I was Meerab and I was pissed off that’s exactly what I would do. 😆

jokes apart, the worse thing about all this Haya drama is that Meerub is actually in love with Murtasim now, after so much wooing from him. Like the dude was going all out on her with his constant flirting & cheesy romantic lines. And now that she fell for him, he’s acting so nonchalant about all her insecurities regarding Haya. Poor girl is heartbroken. Meerub might be a brat but she’s a sweet naive girl. And Murtasim unintentionally is playing with her feelings.
