He changed more but her attitude is reactive to what he does and says. She is not being rude to him just for the sake of being rude.

I also don't think she truly hated him, strongly dislike perhaps, but not hate. Hate is really a negative emotion that inspires disgust, she would not marry a man she was disgusted with she would have pushed him off the terrace. Their fights had a comfortable familiarity like seriously dude we just argued this last week, they could have been friends if they actually put their ego aside.

Yeah. She actually disliked murtasim and his family with her whole heart due to their controlling nature.

Murtasim had to dislike her because she showed dislike towards him.

But there was trust between them which is why meerab asked him to take her to karachi.

Her being rude is reaction to his actions. We know murtasim feelings are genuine, but she doesn't. For a long time she thought his actions as trick.

For her murtasim and his family are one unit. His family wronged her so she automatically blames him too.

All her ego & arrogance will vanish once she will actually have to take responsibility for herself & her actions.

She is impulsive & dumb as hell. When she was mad at her parents for abandoning her, she agreed to marry Murtasim. When Murtasim told her to leave (after accident), she agreed to go back to Karachi with those same parents, when Murtasim got her back, she again reminded her parents how they abandoned her. She is just floating through life without any aim or goal in mind. Just showing attitude to everyone who are tolerating it bcoz they love her.

Meerub has zero sense of responsibility or even maturity & her ego/arrogance will be her downfall. Which is starting with this Rohail drama.

I can't be only one who found her hypocritical convincing murtasim that he forgive his old family enemy who dared KIDNAP her, but she can't forgive her biological father for rejecting to keep her out of depression over his wife's death or her foster parents for hiding truth of her parentage to her and sending her back to her real dad etc. I mean, in her eyes then that kidnapper is more worthy of forgiveness than her family who didn't even commit an actual crime. So why was she lecturing murtasim for him to forgive his enemy who tried to kidnap her when she can't follow her own advise and forgive her father and foster parents.

So why would she consider him now.

If she has even 1% feelings for rohail she wouldn't have smiled in room scene.

Her conflict would be choosing her pre marriage life or present life. Not about rohail.

Yumna knew well about meerab that's why mentioned she is pampered girl.

I rather see brat female lead over selfless, mahaan female lead.

I am tired of seeing spoiled male leads and female leads being their rehabilitation centre.

Yeah female leads are not just lovers, therapists, doctors, sometimes stand in mommy, a good friend, a good cook, a saint. Basically they want a genie.

Yumna has mentioned in that geo interview that Meerab had always lived a sheltered life, so she learns the biggest lesson of her life when she trusts outsiders and gets out of that pampered life.

She was always written like that, I guess. We can only judge better after the show concludes to see if she actually has some growth.

The first thing I interpreted from her character is that she follows the textbook rule of dealing with problems, while she lacks practical judgement, rational application of those rules into practice. She is terribly impulsive and takes decisions in a jiffy, without thinking of conclusions.

We have seen enough male spoilt brats, so this is a change 😆

Yeah. Don't we have male leads with impulsive, egoist, don't care attitude. People see those qualities as flaws but if female lead has those qualities, then the fl is problematic.

People don't have an issue at all with her not loving saad. What they have an issue with is her friendship of convenience she has going on with him. A friendship that is incredibly one-sided and only truly being kept by saad, but maheer has no issue putting saad forward as her shield to protect her interests when she knows she herself doesn't have the guts to stand up for herself, then she quietly and innocently stands by whilst he bares repercussions of her actions/ demands she makes of him using their friendship, then when convenient to her she even blames him for things not going as per how she expected.

People have issue with her not even valuing and respecting saad's friendship most of the times and clearly using him whenever it suits her.

It will be beneficial for Wahaj, as he is actually a very good actor chose challenging role. He is very close with yumna and bilal along with others! So hopefully he will pick out something good and challenging.

As for Murtasim I still don’t understand why he said he wasn’t keen on doing this character!! I am pretty sure now he is like glad I have done it.

You don’t know what might click with audience. But they r actor, if sajal, yumna and bilal can pick out characters I am sure he can as well.

Really? Where did wahaj mention that he wasn't keen on doing murtasim role?

There was her dialogue when murtasim said do u have any idea what could have happened to u.

Her answer - Then catch the people who kidnapped me, punish them.

She was against murtasim only when he said izzat ke badle izzat and brought a girl home.

Her telling him to forgive is to end the enemity between two groups.

The enemity which caused many people to suffer.

Forgiving is different from accepting.

Her real father abandoned her at her birth.

And he took 20 years to came out of his depression?

Her real father cared more about his izzat than her and forced her to marry murtasim, expected her to forget her dream. She should accept such father who snatched her dreams?

Her adopted parents didn't send her back to her real father. They forced her to live with her real father by mercilessly abandoning her. They didn't got the heart to open the door when she begged them to have last glimpse of them. She should accept such people?

Again forgiving is different from accepting.

We can forgive outsiders not insiders who caused pain to us intentionally.
