it would have worked better if they have shown she was in love with him for years, in the show it was like a week am I wrong. Then the heartbreak would be real. Her father is paralyzed this doesn’t seem the appropriate time to feel self pity.

Just like meerab I give any other girl the right to chose who and when and where to fall in love. She is not obligated to love him, he is her friend, stood and still stands for her when no one else did she owes him respect gratitude kindness.
