It seems like mpht writer was told to write a story based on kaifi khalil song 'kahani suno zubani suno mujhe pyar hua tha ikrar hua tha'. And the writer weaved a story based on the lyrics of the song from the male lead's pov.

I think wahaj agreed the project because he likes the song very much, hania agreed because she gets to cry buckets load like hala in mere hamsafar.

And zaviar as areeb and his ravaiyyah gets more screen time than the main leads because he is a nepo kid.

I think he must have signed this way before.

He did so well in jo bichar gaye , it was a good decision and I thought now he has understood what good scripts actually are .

And as far as hania is concerned she also signed this before mere humsafar.

And zaviyar ki performance in sang e mah was good as well.

Now I think wahaj will choose scripts wisely. 😳
