I do agree that TB is a huge huge success but there was a huge buzz for Mere Humsafar and Farhania too. In IF we were not able to finish a lot threads but Insta, YT and twitter were filled with MH content. The episode used to trend on YT at Top-5 in India and it used to trend daily on Twitter.

MH production and story wasn't good. It was a low budget show and it was very obvious in the episodes. The only saving grace of the shoe was insane chemistry of the leads which got huge recognition.

Pick any Geo show and you will see the same larger than life kind of appeal. Geo shows are known for it.

Really surprised to know about the insane chemistry between the leads….I couldn’t feel it at all. That’s why I fast forwarded most of it or maybe because I fast forwarded so couldn’t feel it. How does one know beforehand which is a Geo show ? Sorry if it sounds stupid but I am not well versed with these things. I will make sure to check out their shows in future.

In the prayer scene when he is staring at her and she stares back, and is taken aback he looks away stunned he just realized something, for me this is the origin of his romantic feelings for her. Meerab is crying as she pleads with god to not abandon her, Murtasim is in pain too as he looks up at the sky, not sure her prayer reached god but it reached him. This is when their love story starts, it was her plea to not be abandoned combined with him realizing his feelings and accepting her prayers as she becomes his responsibility.

I can understand if you didn't like the chemistry but the chemistry was a huge hit. It was so damn hit that Hum channel made them the highlights in Hum Awards even though the show Mere Humsafar used to come on Ary. Farhania came together to attend the show which never happened in Pak as they are not a real life couple. Fans were crazy about Halza and Farhania and still are. Actually Mere Humsafar started the trend of Pak shows trending No. 1 in India on YT. KAM is the most popular by views but I don't think it trended at No. 1 in India.

Geo's production value is very high as compared to Ary and Hum channel. Everything is grand.....big houses, luxurious cars, huge lands and the cinematography is great.

Watch a few trailers of Geo shows and you will understand what I am saying.
