I don't think that ring is from Rohail, she looks at it too curiously as if she is considering it. She is Murtasim wife and it is borderline infidelity to entertain a ring from another man. Yes coz mariam looked so devastated and murtu was in disbelief and shock. I dont think if it was meerub, they both would have had that reaction.
