It's uploaded, I usually watch on Instagram. I don't have hotstar subscriptions. However, the synopsis says that angad refuses the ritual and sahiba refuses to take anything from him. I guess in og the ml did the ritual but here he didn't.

the most cringing moment is when he says his vohti is missing… so he is considering Seerat to be his vohti.
