More like compromising on murtu and maa begum's characters to give a leeway to behaya's harkate and further the storyline. Logically haya won't be able to get away with whatever she does with people with the characteristics like murtu and maa begum. These are the people that thought marrying off meerub is the best way to tame her and that too because she wanted to study further. But none of them care that behaya already openly confessed her feeling to them, committed suicide on murtu's wedding night, continuously interferes in his married life, won't leave a single opportunity to degrade meerab and lied about meerab which resulted in meerab and murtu deciding to walk away from their marriage. She almost broke the marriage and neither murti nor maa begum takes any stern stand against her. 🤢

Yeah that! Basically every itv show plot ever. Dumbing down the leads and other characters to make the villain the mighty one who can influence each and every character on the show and gets away with everything.

It's so unbelievable the way every person turns a blind eye to Haya's obsession and takes it so lightly.
