But you are right the son has to draw the line between mil and dil! And once upon a time akshu was manjus everything! So to me it’s like it was all fake, she entertained it until Abhimanyu was happy, but the moment he was mad or upset with ak, Manju also hated her.

My question is let’s say they were not divorced and Abhimanyu was pissed at ak for something, would Manju support ak and make Abhimanyu understand? Or would she ask ak to be understanding???

I think she would ask Akshu to be understanding. She always bended for Harshvardhan so she will ask Akshu to bend. She did that when Arohi and Neil got married. She told Akshu I know you and your sister have issues. But you have a new relationship in this household. Don't' let your personal fights affect the bond between the brothers. She expected Akshu to just be understanding and let some things go. But Akshu knew her sister and knew what was happening was not right.

For me if anyone destroyed the Birla household it was Arohi. She took everything away the moment she stepped in the house.

I agree with you. Manjari wanted Arohi from day one for her son. It just so happened Harshvardhan also liked her.

Everyone just got so scared at the way Abhi was acting over Akshu. They were like what has this girl done to make this man act all crazy. This obsession is not healthy. For Harshvardhan he feared that Akshu would take advantage of Abhi's love. But during the hand separation track he started to really value Akshu and understand the love she had for Abhi. That is why he was talking to Abhi so much to try and guide him and make him understand what Akshara did no one could have done it. But for Manjari that was the beginning of having doubts on Akshu and her ability to keep her son happy. The one person we all thought would understand the sacrifice didn't.

Question "Is Manjari the worst mother in law on earth or has Abhi made her that"? I am talking about her as a MIL not as a mother.

Lets look at Manjari's perspective

- she thinks Akshu divorced and walked out of the house on white day. As Abhi's mother she isnt going to doubt that her son would have been responsible. She doesnt know what happened inside their room. According to her Akshu was responsible for Neel's death and her Abhi's kids. She is obviously not going to think about her actions and pushing Akshu etc.

- Whilst her family was still coming to grip with the loss, she hears that Akshu has gotten married and has a child

- As far as she is concerned Abhi has not been able to move on. Arohi is a widow, Ruhi has no father but Akshu who she holds responsible for their sorrow has forgotten everything and is leading a peaceful and happy life

- Seeing Akshu's happy family at the party and seeing Abhi still affected by Akshu, she riled up. This is her main problem with Akshu, the person who was responsible for destroying her sons and family's happiness has moved on without looking back

- now when she thought everything was falling into place according to her, her son chases Akshu and has an accident. Agree she should be asking those questions to her son not Akshu but she thinks Akshu being in udaipur as the reason for her son to have gone crazy.

I dont know whether she would have a different view had she known what her son did that day and also what Akshu went through, but for now you have to give her the benefit of the doubt.

She is a simple mother who loves his son too much. Becoz she knows how AB spent his childhood to till the time he met AK. It was unhappy life. After meeting AK her son became a human with heart who learned to smile, understand, patience and love that made him out of the world with happiness. Then one fateful day she saw her fam crumble, she saw her son loosing every precious person in his life and it's sole reason was his love. Then again she heard they got divorced and she went way, then she heard within months she re mrd. Where her son is still on that fateful day mourning. That rage, sorrow and jealousy is what making her doing these things and hating AK. We can't blame her, she is so bent on giving her son happiness that she has forgotten her on son. So ya ur pov abt manju is right.

I am confused about the timeline that means when they were happily celebrating Manjaris birthday seven months later shouldn’t Arohi have already delivered so Arohi and Akshu had their babies around the same time I thought Akshu had a premature baby and announced her mg after the baby was born on Manjari’s birthday and Abhir was older than Ruhi

I don't think the writers really know their timeline.
