It was weird to see Meerab suddenly getting excited and dressing up after being so upset with him.

In the Sabeena’ IV with Hassan, she did say that M&M’s romance will progress through her. So, I guess we are seeing it slowly. (Painfully.) Meerab gets more insistent on Haya staying away from him as the episodes passed. After Haya barging into the bedroom in previous epi, she gave Murtasim the bed back. After Haya’s kheer, she started flirting with him today. After Haya’s apology today, she expressed her jealousy more clearly. And specifically mentioned the “hands touching.” Some progress, although the teaser kinda takes the magic out of the dinner scene.

So I guess we have to tolerate NoHaya for this aspect. To be honest, if I were in Meerab’s position, I would 💯 withhold until he got rid of Haya. Can’t have your cake and eat it too Mr. Man - you can just stuff it in Rohails face. I mean, he suggested shaadi for Meerab. So then why can’t he solve this Haya ka massla this way as well, with someone else of course.

The whole tolerating Haya business drives the drama forward, but he was much more harsh with her in the earlier episodes, notice? Why is he soft with her now? Doesn’t make sense since she’s proven to be a real menace. Unless he’s purposely using her to make Meerab jealous? ( Which, hate to admit, doesn’t seem like a Murtasim thing to do to a girl.)
