One other stand out scene I have to mention before I forget....Katha's exit IV scene😆.....that scene and the follow up scene when she goes to Viaan's office to accept ...oh sorry CLAIM the job back😆....SUPERBLY done.

Ek toh Viaan who otherwise was drowning in guilt, barely able to say anything to her managed to very smartly find a way to get through to her by reminding her of own courage in beating much bigger problems in life....the way he told her that if she can look her son's cancer in the eye and beat it, why can't she beat the cancer known as Viaan Raghuvanshi too and not let him be the reason for leaving her job?😆

And LMAO when he tells her about the company anti-harassment department that she can call to report him🤣🤣......jiska response Katha gives later by saying ki isn't HE the head of the anti-harassment dept for the company?😆....so she is reporting the issue to HIM only ki she was mentally, physically, emotionally exploited by an employee so he needs to ensure she is never made to work around that employee again😆. Viaan who otherwise was smiling in relief that his motivation speech had worked and she she had agreed to stay on, then again got sad when she said this ki she doesn't want him anywhere around her.....haha oh man the RANGE in their scenes👏

haan i was shocked too ke ek taraf pandya jaisa crap fest bana rahe hain and dusri taraf they got their guts back to show something so brave in it's eexecution mast chal raha hai inka total oppositee ends pe.. but yes that explains a lot of why they were able to sell it

still hard to tell kya hai caz yeh aur iske parents ke muslims wale names hain farah salman ehsan but anyway don;t thinkt hat amtters as much in the story jo bhi ho lol😆

This.. i was under the impression inititally that he made the offer due to lust or just for the sake of it you know like they show all these Guys and their Beleifs in such a regressive ways at times and esp businessmen badnaam hain due to their stupid issues jahan they badnaam karo and maaro chance on the heroines to prove their points and ego but nahhh they proved me wrong here..

it works Specifically due to the fact that here is this Guy who have had a belief all his life but bina kisi ke external pressure ke he himself wants to change that and doesn't want to live with that bitterness. the differentiating factor being he doesn't need ke koi usse sudhaar de infact he doesn't have much sudharness needed here is a guy who has no qualms to publicaly put his ego and haar aside and apologize too.. he hasn't taken the usual ITV boss/hero routes in anything..

the fact that this girl made sucha pressure he kept her on a pedastal in a way since the moment he started quoting her hence when she asked for money the demand slipped outta his mouth just like that which he was bluffing at that moment.. abda wala daav khela isne fully convinced in his head ke katha won't accept it.. it is shown so clearly right from the moment he notices her approach to oit so different then other gold diggers.. the guy was actually so relived that she said no that she passed the test. i do find it interstign ke yes he wants to change his perspective but katha ke through hi kyon..caz katha had made that impact he desperately wanted to attach himself emotionally to her.. isi liye toh isko sabse zyada takleef iss baat ki ahi ke she didn't even gave him a look post this whole thing as a galti or anythign just left and treated it as a business deal even after the whole thing his heart refused to actually buy it despite him constantly sayign ek she just did the deal that has impacted him and the self loathign is coming more from it.. once can see the dilemma throughout when the incident happened all the back n forths between them every glimmer of being proven wrong.. they took a sigh and then had to go forward they both felt suffocated went through the motions but he felt that self loathing and regret write from that handshake hi simply caz Conscience saaf tha.. he didn't wanted to win over a girl and then use it as something.. however he did ended up taking advantage of a weakness.. meanwhile woh conscious saaf hai tabhi katha can live with it and forget it as subah se pehle sabse zyada dark time.. the whole heartbreak is mroe so ke jisko isne sabse pehle sabse alag samjha who forced him to change his beleifs showed him ke sab ek se nahi hai ussi ne bharosa tod dia as per him wajaah jo bhi hai.. again the guy was so consumed in the disgust with self toot hat he didn't see her coming like a bejaan gudiya to him and present herself.. thoguh he did notice and found hope even then when he reached ehr her backing up and then him sambhalooing her lol isi liye tab bhi he gave her the :chance ke jao" koi force nahi akr raha a.. katha se zyada toh apna test le lia sir ne..😆

p/s also i didn't thought of adnana ka acting much before but the guy si actually doing so well with all the complications of viaan.. woh khudka hi na saamna kar paana despite all this meanwhile katha feels victorious caz she still did not sell her sould despite how it looks like.. yes it was extrme against her morals and the most difficult but she knows her sach and can face the world with confidence due to that only

i also have to mention the scene with the friend before where the friend hugs her.. they don;t say anythign about what and how but the way the friend grabs her for a hug as if she got the inclination ke kuch bohat gaat karne jaa rahi ahi but even then she knows ke nahi galat hai and she needs the saath,..

Arey Parsi logon ke bhi aise Muslim sounding names hi hote hain many times like Firoz etc....lol but agar last name is some Contractor, Batliwala etc. toh pata chal jaata hai Paris hain.

Anyways as you said, it doesn't matter for the purpose of the story cuz that won't be the sticking point in terms of Ehsan wanting to marry Katha....issue will be more about her not being of the same social class probably.

Word to the bold bits especially....

Viaan is essentially a much more nuanced version of the typical brooding businessman character on ITV....he isn't reduced to caricatures to justify some extreme behavior....from day one, they've been showing all kinds of shades to him and not just presenting him as some one-note khadoos/ruthless aadmi. Even I didn't think much of Adnan to begin with but he really surprised me as the story progressed and he came through in some of the toughest scenes of Viaan ka turmoil/inner conflicts and angst....now it's hard to imagine anyone else in this role - he is doing total justice to it. Now toh I even think achha hai GM didn't do it....he may have overwhelmed the script with his screen presence...the role needed someone who blended more with the script rather than looming large over it.

Oh that bit you mentioned on the ONS night and yes, that little moment when Katha is about to trip and fall when she steps back in nervousness/discomfort but Viaan reaches out to steady her....that was very well done and yes, it's these little moments that conveyed so much in the scene even with all the complexities going on.....such an awkward/dark situation unfolding and yet usmein bhi they managed to convey Viaan ki basic protective personality.

A mom can do anything for her child....she can give her life also toh body toh kuch nahin uske saamne. Katha was given the choice to sell her body and she took it up as a last resort when all other doors closed. She doesn't regret her choice cuz nothing is bigger than her child's life for her.....she would have easily given her own life for him also, yeh toh bas body thi. That is why she is at peace with her choice in that sense....the reward she got was so big that she is willing to even live with the trauma of that dark night and what it did to her soul. And it is that searing conviction and willingness to own her choices that makes her Katha and puts Viaan even more in awe of her. He feels that on a soul deep level - the extent to which Katha went for her child.

Oh that friend - Rewa aka apni Piya Albelaa waali pooja ultimately disappeared after Aarav recovered....lol guess she was only in the story for short term....ab new characters le aaye in her place to keep some level of convos going for Katha to talk to/open up to. Neerja Aunty ka character mast hai.

Honestly I have a feeling part of the reason why GM may have refused it too was that this is emotionally heavy role to do too and he probably wanted to do something less stressful but lmao again ..🤷🏻‍♀️ jqqne do..but chalo kisi ka nuksaan kisi ka gaayda Caz itna toh teh hai that he did was convinced with the story hence his praises for it and for execution and wishing ke adi ke saath kaam karne ka jaldi mauka mile and how much he is realizing he could have played with it with adi lol.. but yeah this guy has totally surprised me and I am actually liking him a lot as viaan banda solid hai woh "conventionally stone mode" jo fans Kehoe hain as in apne main rehne wala bhi he adds so much in those moments way better than overhyped zeros.. the whole drive back after the thing the suffocation the filthy feeling ek dum aced it..

Haha acha rewa maasi gayab ho gayi chalo koi nahi life main new friends bante hain let's hope yeh name dost good rahein..

We as viewers knew every thought process of Viaan and why he did what he did, so can feel his intense need to see him as a person who is much more than that kaali raat. The way he says I don’t want you to forgive me, but Atleast acknowledge my presence. Its like he can feel that he is being treated like dirt or filth. He can just literally not face himself.

So much Word to his consciousness is so much active but is twisted.

The kid playing Aarav is such a natural actor! He has this amazing quality to charm everyone. Lol at the way he makes each and every person feel so important, loved and appreciated ❤️ If you are having a rough day , this positive bundle of energy can just make your day. I just love him ☺️
You see the kid in Viaan coming out when he is with Aarav. You see a completely different side of him , the one that smiles more and is at ease. Dodo- Aarav scenes are also cute.

Going forward though there are too many annoying typical characters that you have to keep forwarding😵
