It's a very long IV. I am not mad about the future track. I just found the director's thinking very regressive that way he talked about Meerab's character.

According to him Meerab should be thankful that she has Murtasim in his life. The problems in Meerab's life is self created by her. He is totally team Murtasim......kind of justified the slap scene and said "woh thapad Meerab ko nahi, Murtasim ke dil pe pada tha, he falls in love with her after that".

It's not Murtasim's character but this stupid justification by the directors is making me mad. He is a flawed character, why is it so difficult to accept it??

PS: Wahaj was against the slap but Yumna wanted the slap scene.

I guess Yumna probably agreed due to the bratty characteristics given to her 🤦‍♀️

Anyway, it's done.🤷‍♀️

At the end of the day we're here due to the cv's creativity in putting this show together and the cast.

And it's a business.

There will always be something lacking.

But they've given more in terms of romance than any other show I guess and the actor's have been good sport about it.

That's how Hindi serials started grabbing audiences even with questionable story lines. Most of the time Hindi love story serials are a hit if the leads have amazing chemistry and lots of hot scenes. We audience don't care what's being served as long as we get enough scenes between the leads🤣. If the trp falls the makers will put a rain scene kr a dori scene or a romantic number with the leads dancing around to increase the rating🤣

In older kdramas leads used to kiss after 10th or 11th episode in a 16-20 episode drama bir nowadays they kiss by 8th or 9the episode.🤣

I can say if there would have been a kiss in a kdrama at this point if i get the total number of episodes for this drama. If it's 40 episodes long then murtu and meerab would have kissed in today's episode or the coming two episodes 🤣

prithivi definitely knows how to answer such qs. Recently his moms interview was there and the lady had interviewed him. Her interview went fine. She was telling his mom how he answers to the qs notjing more. Poor girl must be thinking arengilum iyalode onnu parayo kurach soft Akan😆

Prithvi seems to have low tolerance for stupid questions. He is fine as long as the questions make sense and is relevant to the project he is promoting. 🤣

Actresses rarely decreases the standard of their characters after playing highly critically acclaimed characters. I remember seeing a clip of tripti dimri on how she sat home for almost two years after doing Laila majnu since she didn't wanted to do a project that's lesser than Laila majnu. She was financially struggling and was a new comer and she still wasn't ready to compromise on the quality of her work. Then she did bulbul which was amazing and she nailed her character. She is so much more talented than jhanvi or ananya but sadly won't get half their opportunities.

Even though i am liking wahaj yumna's chemistry i still stand by my belief that this drama and the character is beneath an actress like yumna with such calibre. It's like Deepika Padukone going back and doing a housefull 2 or race 2 after getting so much success. She literally don't need to unless she wants to make money. Those are the type of roles that can be done by Jacqueline or disha patani. Deepika ks not needed.

Totally agree to all of this! This show is definitely not upto Yumna's calibre and adds nothing to her resume except that she'll be well-known amongst the whole of South Asia.

But I also feel, as an actor, she is free to do whatever she wants. If she craves commercial success, and wanted to take a break from all the intense characters she does, she is totally free to do that. Her age is also a factor here, imo. We, as audience, can only decide if we want to consume the product she's offering or not.

Saba Qamar has quite some problematic views, so I better not get there. Oh and about Deepika, she did a Pathaan recently, which did not have have the 's' of substance, so that's there. 😆
