It is ok to steal your best friend’s boyfriend as long as you are sati savitri otherwise
I see what you did there 😆
If you're in love with someone but haven't had premarital sex, you can happily get married to another person because toh phir problem kya hein.
Anytime you face any problem in life, think if you have had sex with it. If no, toh phir problem kya hein. Be happy.

If that’s true would you want to buy a bridge from me ?

I don't think you really understood what YJHD was trying to say. Naina was never deemed ugly when she was wearing glasses. She did not undergo a makeover to "win" Bunny. She just grew up from a wallflower to a more confident person
Hell, she is even wearing her glasses in the climax scene , when Bunny propose
Agreed Bunny was as flirty if not flirtier with Naina when she had glasses. Girls or guys with social anxiety are often no less than others. They just feel less confident because they are not used to interacting freely with a lot of people. Naina has a boring lifestyle. In fact, the whole reason she fell for Bunny as he gave her a boost of confidence when she was feeling invisible on the tracking trip. The only time he gave Naina second-hand treatment was when he tied her up and stopped her from winning the race to impress Lara. But he himself said Naina is not for time pass she is the type of girl you fall in love with. Was this because the she was a Sati Savitri and Lara's character was portrayed as dumb? Was that wrong too? Probably!
He made up for it by helping her dance better at the Sangeet. Was this because she had supposedly transformed into a hottie? Or was it because he saw her disappointment and knew that winning was important to her there? That is when you can say he came across as a bit shallow and treated her differently because she had supposedly transformed. She never showed that much interest in winning the race. Although she was visibly angry when he tied her up.
movies or serials, they all show same thing.

I think all of this can be dismissed with one point that, Bunny from the beginning looks at Naina only as a friend but his perspective shifts when she transforms into a hottie (ala removing glasses and donning shorts). This happens at Balam Pichkari, when he does a double take at Naina and sees she's hot underneath the nerd persona.
The same formula of Rahul developing feelings for Anjali when he sees her in a saree.
They are all formulaic, idk why people read so deep into typical Bolly movies. 😆
Was it entertaining? Hell yes.
Was it deep? No.
many serials like dil mil gayye have also showed this crapOriginally posted by: PangaNaLe
