Is it me ya phir bakiyo ko bhi lag raha hai ki show bahout slow pace par hai.. I mean viaan ka Bilkul guilt trip mei jeena, katha ka kabhi haan kabhi na wala attitude, and ehsan is like lage raho katha ko impress karne. Plus Robin Batman wali bonding bhi aage itni nai badh rahi..

hahaha... I want 100% entertainment when it comes to watching serials. if it is just the two leads going over and over, I get bored. a drama centered on two people works better in a short 16 episode but even there it can flouder if written poorly.

however, a longer serial really requires a bigger list of characters and arcs in order to hold my interest. so yes, it helps if there is a good love story in the center but believe it or not, I have actually watched serials where I wasn't into the leads at all. instead, I just wanted to know how the ML/FL will dish out the revenge or how the main conflict will play itself out or what will happen to the villain.

especially with dramas from other lands, there are often secondary couples. sometimes I have watched a drama more to see how the second couple will end up because I found them far more interesting than the main leads .

when it comes to katha and viaan, so yes, I like their moments here and I am enjoying teh slow burn romance. but for me, as a drama, I want the full thali and that is what secondary characters bring to the show.

because they are not constrained by the plot or fans, they can be as cookie or silly. they can also have a lot of depth and some very moving arcs on their own that has nothing to do with the leads at all. they are not bound to act a certain way just to please fans. for me, when a drama delivers on side characters, that is good writing and I am excited. and yes, I do love snarky villains who make all sorts of faces and expressions. I live for roasting. 😁

No yaar, ehsaan is a schmooze. even today he was like " I will be happy with whatever decision you take, I trust you completely" everything to impress katha so she gives him some bhaav. The guy does not have a working brain of his own. even with Viaan, he is only a yes-man.

I loved this episode. I think I do have a soft corner for episodes that feature work place - frankly because it’s so rare on ITV.

The office meeting, the pitch, the chit chat among old friends yet colleagues in the fraternity before the pitch , the OTT rival who won’t stop about 1 crore and the boss who held the classy mashaal with one word “respectfully”…to have the Darinda do his pagal OTT chatter. And finally the pitch and Katha’s enthusiasm to visit lonavla,

I laughed and laughed thinking of the scene where Katha was all enthusiastic about lonavla…all her professional words with the unprofessional thoughts that were going through Viaan and Darinda’s mind..too funny ,,,in my own head of course.

Every interaction that Katha and Vian shared had my heart. From the time before the pitch he tells her good job to they completing each others sentence to they complimenting each other after the pitch, these two are love.

As audience we are here..I am all in …. The ONS is no more a dark, horrendous unforgiving insurmountable event in their life, it is now something that can be overcome…and we are here for it.
