Viaan really was more cute in that scene.😆 Adnan shows some subtle change of emotions through his expressions, very well at that ❤️

The way I saw it was, that the scene was just about Aarav trying to help out his friend, and Viaan taking it with a heart smile as the kid's innocence was adorable for him 😆

ITV does not know or perhaps don't want to write nuanced grey characters. They have made Ehsan completely black when he spiked viaan's drink, and his try hard attitude towards katha did not make him any more endearing to the audience. those 2-3 weeks of filler episodes focused on ehsaan did a number on his character graph. now he is just plain unlikeable. I wonder if cv's realize how badly they screwed him over in an effort to drag the show.

Ehsan made it clear to viaan that he is serious about katha. They may not be an ideal couple in the long run and he understands nothing about her. but he is serious for now. When Viaan and katha get together or he makes a move towards her, can we blame ehsaan for being angry? he will feel betrayed, hurt and angry. His thoughts would be that viaan knew he was interested in katha but he still went ahead, so all bets are off. Just objectively speaking, can we see where he is coming from?

Hmm I see what you mean; I would have definitely felt very bad for Ehsan, but what's hitting me is that his crush/interest in Katha just seemed too sudden to me.

If Ehsan's romantic interest for Katha was supported by the basis that he had perhaps always really liked her (from the moment she joined), or maybe there was one moment from which he really began liking her, I would have understood his behaviour. But Ehsan never gave any such hints; he always behaved like a jolly and platonic friend to her from the beginning. If his story had a strong emotional connect, then I would have actually definitely sympathised with Ehsan.

As if his romantic feelings for Katha was not surprising enough, the makers did a 360 degree turn by making Ehsan a completely dark character (with the drink spike incident, gaslighting Viaan, etc)! Moreover, his constant actions to get close to her despite her reluctance (him holding her hands, suddenly coming to her house, etc) just makes me angry. So personally, perhaps I can understand Ehsan getting angry (when Viaan and Katha get together) as a cause and effect due to his interest in her; but I certainly don't understand the confidence with which he can feel betrayed (as if he has a right over her).

Whenever I see ehsan I can't think about him being completely dark. I don't know but for me, he is still grey.

Ehsan in og was grey throughout the series. He had clearly told viaan there that he loves katha and then also without any warning, advice, confession, viaan just proposed katha. This amounts to backstabbing. And ehsan was so sweet that he agreed to sacrifice his love for viaan. He then genuinly tried to move on with rewa but failed. So there no matter what he did,one could feel sympathy for him.

Now here, there is no rewa, dont know if they will ever bring her back or no. Here also ehsan has told viaan about his feelings. I just want to wait to see how it goes here. Will vian backstab ehsan here also or katha herself will choose viaan over ehsan like in current track we are seeing something like this in lonavla vs jaisalmer project which will make ehsan to step back himself.

Will ehsan be completely black or grey and do we feel sympathy for him or not is solely dependent on how this love triangle unfolds.

I don't like this collage. it feels wrong for a collage to be so overwhelming full of katha's face in something like 4 squares.
