But a special round of applause for the marketing and promo team also 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 They surely know how to grab the eyeballs. I got first hooked to this show by those awesome teasers they released. And since the show has started, every promo for the next episode is dhamakedaar. Even on days the show is not airing, it keeps trending on top thanks to these spicy promos! Good job indeed 👍🏼

Absolutely agree. The two episodes per week, two promos and then bit promos, they sure know how to keep us mere mortals hungry for more M&M…. 😎❤️

I ended up re watching episode 2-5 again for few clarifications and revising ! Sometimes tend to forget few minor things and as I was totally hooked and invested only from episode 6

1. Murtasim was one who suggested meerab get married. He didn’t mean without her will or with him , mostly he wanted to upload this headache on someone else so be doesn’t have to run behind her.

2. Meerab legit hated Murtasim’s family and haveli. She never left any opportunity to hide her dislike . Always was vocal now she found caged in that house and those people prisoners and all those rigid rules and traditions made her nauseous and also how freaking arrogant Murtasim is

Surprised how her parents knowing how she is still went with this marriage. Also meerab was always stubborn , head strong and yes she had this disrespect streak (in her interactions with begum or Anwar and also she used to be more harsh and acidic with Murtasim even in there normal interactions)

3. Murtasim ex love is someone who probably cheated on him. He does tell haya during Behaya scene he says he hates women who act all pure to get mans attention and then cheat on them.

4. Mariyam does have some love story , she says to haya don’t u know in his house women’s wish , desire and choice have no place.Some major foreshadowing

5. Meerab shoots down the idea of any romantic inclination towards rohail when her friends bring up his name . She simply brushes off him as a friend. The girl Saba looked good friend of meerab but slightly put off by rohails concerns for meerab

6. Murtasim did feel bad for slapping meerab and also apologised only to be questioned back by her since she wasn’t listening he choose slapping as a channel to make her listen. He did look very disappointed and displeased with himself . It’s good they atleast had a dialogue regd slap and now I get why meerab doesn’t bring that up !

All in all Murtasim maybe logical , good at heart but he is still was brought up amongst those traditional values which he won’t let go off so easily. I don’t think he is arrogant but he is definitely not easy to bend.

Meerab is urbanised girl who is not traditional at all , to her anything khandani is like being chained. In fact between two she is arrogant one who first does things and then thinks.

Unfortunate but truth is Murtasim has fallen in love too early and Meerab will fall in love too late.
And we all Mango people will get grinded in between by there antics.
